Esti Dalton - Massage & Bowen

Esti is the founder of Freshwater Massage and is a qualified Bowen Technique and Massage Therapist. Before Freshwater Massage, she worked as a Corporate Massage Therapist for Google’s head office.

Esti’s previous career before working as a Massage Therapist was working as a Corrective Exercise Coach in the business district of London, UK. She helped coached clients that had different injuries and needs. In 2007, she moved to Canada where she coached in a boutique health and fitness center before moving to Australia.

Working as a Corrective Exercise Coach involved writing corrective training programs. Most of Esti’s exercise clientele had an injury or some form of physical complaint. That was what drove her into learning Remedial Massage.

Tomomi Adare- Massage

Tomomi has been working as a Remedial massage therapist since 2003 using combination of remedial deep tissue, Japanese style Shiatsu, Acupressure points and hot stones.

Dry Needling and Chinese cupping is also effective treatment for myofascial pain and dysfunction. They are usually implemented in conjunction with Remedial Massage treatment to facilitate direct and precise release of muscular tension and adhesions

Tomomi is very familiar with many sports injuries from her own experiences and believes massage therapy can help reduce stiffness, restore movement and provide relaxation that helps you focus on healthy healing instead of soreness and anxiety.

Tomomi is passionate about continually expanding her skills and tailoring her massage treatments to clients’ specific needs with the view of offering a deep muscular release as well as total relaxation of your body, mind and spirit.

Johnny Wang - Massage and Clinical Pilates

Johnny, is an experienced physiotherapist from Taiwan. He uses his knowledge to deliver an exceptional remedial massage that is detailed and specific to his clients needs and pressure comfort.

He remains to study anything about the human body and therfor really finds joy in answering questions that his clients have about their bodies or any other health related questions.

Being a trained clinical pilates instructor, he goes to the gym in his spare time and choreographs his own pilates programs.

Johnny, learned to surf in Taiwan and he loves being in the water at his favourite beach, Freshwater or Dee Why.

He is also a big food lover and finds it impossible to name his favourite food, because he has too many.

Julie Banks - Massage & Biodynamic Cranio Sacral Therapy

Julie’s life-long passion for massage has developed since 2000. Her massage is tailored to suit the individual and focuses on improving well-being. She takes extra care and time gathering information during the initial consult to ensure that she can deliver the best treatment plan.

Julie has a strong technical background which adds depth to her holistic massage approach and increases her clients’ awareness of their own bodies.

Tanya Mere - Massage, Aromatherapy & Energetic Healing

After working for many years in administration and facilities management, Tanya followed her passion for therapeutic essential oils and studied Aromatherapy and Remedial Massage.

Once your body is relaxed, it is more receptive to deeper remedial work and treatment can begin to reduce the level of pain, discomfort and restriction of movement you may be experiencing.

As a working mother of young children herself, Tanya has a personal understanding of the joys and pressures of a young family. Supporting mums both during pregnancy and beyond, she loves pregnancy massage and its benefits for both mother and baby. It’s so often the case that mothers put themselves last, and massage can be a fantastic way to find some space and relax.

Leigh Hogan - Massage

Leigh obtained her Advanced Diploma of Remedial Massage at the NSW School of Massage and continued her studies in additional techniques and natural therapies to ensure she provides comprehensive treatments to her clients. Leigh thrives on working with her clients in order to fully understand their symptoms and identify root causes by adopting a holistic approach, encompassing assessment, treatment and ongoing aftercare advice.

Leigh likes to maintain a healthy lifestyle and keeps strong using Pilates and stretching/strengthening techniques. She also enjoys being on the water paddle boarding, kayaking and surfing and loves spending time with her fur family.

Christine Blanchard - Naturopathy and Massage
 
Christine loves helping people to cope better with their busy lives. She has been a massage therapist and naturopath for 20 years with extensive experience in private clinics, workplaces, pharmacy and health stores. She currently works with Blackmores part-time on their Naturopathic advisory team, and spends her other days presenting wellness workshops to harried, corporate bodies, and of course, massaging bodies into ease and calm. 

Christine sees Massage as a valuable therapy, to allow people to slow down, get out of their heads and into their body- to learn to read their bodies subtle signals again and make health a priority for a well balanced and contented life. Christine often incorporates nutritional advice, to help you feel great in between massage treatment.
