Esti Dalton - massaging expert in freshwater, australia

Esti Dalton - Massage & Bowen

Esti is the founder of Freshwater Massage and is a qualified Bowen Technique and Massage Therapist. Before Freshwater Massage, she worked as a Corporate Massage Therapist for Google’s head office.

Esti’s previous career before working as a Massage Therapist was working as a Corrective Exercise Coach in the business district of London, UK. She helped coached clients that had different injuries and needs. In 2007, she moved to Canada where she coached in a boutique health and fitness center before moving to Australia.

Working as a Corrective Exercise Coach involved writing corrective training programs. Most of Esti’s exercise clientele had an injury or some form of physical complaint. That was what drove her into learning Remedial Massage.

Tomomi Adare- Massage

Tomomi has been working as a Remedial massage therapist since 2003 using combination of remedial deep tissue, Japanese style Shiatsu, Acupressure points and hot stones.

Dry Needling and Chinese cupping is also effective treatment for myofascial pain and dysfunction. They are usually implemented in conjunction with Remedial Massage treatment to facilitate direct and precise release of muscular tension and adhesions

Tomomi is very familiar with many sports injuries from her own experiences and believes massage therapy can help reduce stiffness, restore movement and provide relaxation that helps you focus on healthy healing instead of soreness and anxiety.

Tomomi is passionate about continually expanding her skills and tailoring her massage treatments to clients’ specific needs with the view of offering a deep muscular release as well as total relaxation of your body, mind and spirit.

Lisa Clark - Master Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Therapist, Breath Coach, Ambassador for Yoga Africa Project

Lisa, a Canadian-born, natural athlete retired from her twelve year National Synchronised Swimming career and fell in love with Yoga and Energy Medicine. Twenty years into her dedicated practice, it is undeniable that yoga, meditation, breath awareness and self-enquiry have positively transformed Lisa’s life.

Lisa is a certified yoga instructor, intuitive Master Reiki Practitioner and breath coach. She is also addicted to surfing and aims to share her experiences with Elite Athletes, providing them with the tools she didn't have access to during her athletic career. She studied extensively with world-class yoga teachers and healers and she believes we are our own best teacher. A 'science nerd', she is committed to ongoing education.

Tanya Mere - Massage & Aromatherapy

After working for many years in administration and facilities management, Tanya followed her passion for therapeutic essential oils and studied Aromatherapy and Remedial Massage.

Once your body is relaxed, it is more receptive to deeper remedial work and treatment can begin to reduce the level of pain, discomfort and restriction of movement you may be experiencing.

As a working mother of young children herself, Tanya has a personal understanding of the joys and pressures of a young family. Supporting mums both during pregnancy and beyond, she loves pregnancy massage and its benefits for both mother and baby. It’s so often the case that mothers put themselves last, and massage can be a fantastic way to find some space and relax.

Steven Walpole - Hypnotherapist

Steven has a fascinating background with a true long term balance between business success and serving the community.

The last 25yrs, side by side, Steven worked in the financial industry building Superannuation Funds,  partnering with the banks, while also volunteering as a Lifeline Counsellor. A few years ago Steven sold his business in the financial industry. This created the time and space to follow his true passion -  helping clients break habits and support clients win back the life they desire.

Steven has found working with clients at both the conscious and sub conscious level provides the greatest opportunity to create change in their life. It is more effective to combine both methods of change - to help clients achieve what they truly want. 

Whether it’s breaking long term habits, winning back control or simply finding your purpose and passion -Steven has a tailored 30 day “break through”  programme to help you spring into the next chapter of your life.

Mark Hansen - Remedial Massage
 

Mark Hansen is originally from Denmark and grew up in Italy and Switzerland. Before travelling through Australia, Mark had plans to study physiotherapy, but he fell in love with Australia and decided to become a student here and study for a Diploma in Remedial Massage. He is continuing with an Advanced Diploma were he will learn to incorporate rehabilitation programs with his remedial massage.

Mark is a professional BMX rider and have first hand experience with injuries, many broken bones and pain management from accidents as a bmxer.

Mark is a Freshwater local and enjoys being in the water surfing.

Tony Booth - Acupuncture

Tony Booth studied acupuncture in Sydney and in China. He worked in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals and gained much of his experience working next to Chinese doctors. He is your local acupuncture, cupping and massage expert. A member of AACMA (Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medical Association), Tony has worked in relaxation and therapeutic techniques for the last decade around the local area.

A balance between work and life is important to him. Tony's regime involves swimming, cycling and slacklining (which involves walking on a tight rope that requires fine balance and coordination).

Most of all, Tony is a proud grandfather of two healthy twin girls.
