Meet Our Therapists
Esti Dalton - Massage & Bowen
Esti is the founder of Freshwater Massage and is a qualified Bowen Technique and Massage Therapist. Before Freshwater Massage, she worked as a Corporate Massage Therapist for Google’s head office.
Esti’s previous career before working as a Massage Therapist was working as a Corrective Exercise Coach in the business district of London, UK. She helped coached clients that had different injuries and needs. In 2007, she moved to Canada where she coached in a boutique health and fitness center before moving to Australia.
Working as a Corrective Exercise Coach involved writing corrective training programs. Most of Esti’s exercise clientele had an injury or some form of physical complaint. That was what drove her into learning Remedial Massage.

As a working mother of young children herself, Tanya has a personal understanding of the joys and pressures of a young family. Supporting mums both during pregnancy and beyond, she loves pregnancy massage and its benefits for both mother and baby.
